Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

1. The service

VoCard lets you create a digital card with photos, videos, lists, a voice greeting and a voice assistant, and share it with anyone through a link or QR code.

2. Your account and content

You are responsible for the content you publish. You confirm that you have the right to share it and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights. You grant VoCard a limited license to store and display your content so the service can work.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use VoCard for illegal activity, harassment, spam, deceptive content, or anything that harms others. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Payments and subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe and renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your Stripe dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period. The voice assistant may be metered, and unusually heavy use may be limited to protect the service for everyone.

5. The voice assistant

Voice answers are generated by AI and may occasionally be wrong. Visitors should verify important information directly with the card owner. The assistant is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy or availability.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoCard is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. This does not limit any rights you have that cannot be waived by law.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms. Questions: support@vocard.com.
